WE seems silver, not gold. Human capital is considered less competitive than strategy. YOE is low.
GPA will be bottom 10% of the class.
If “top 5 Canada” means Toronto or McGill, great. If it means Alberta or McMaster, those aren’t top 100 schools globally, so that’s something to overcome as well.
GMAT is good, but not great. While UCLA’s class average of 706 is low, you’re in a competitive bucket. 730 is probably probably just about average for ORM’s like yourself.
UCLA is a very realistic target, but it’s not a safety school for you.
