Hi, it’s Nisha from mbaMission. I think you’re building a strong profile, with strong academics (great GPA from Caltech, which is known for its tough grading!), a good track record of extracurricular leadership, and a great role at a prominent company. In the meantime, I’d work on the following: retaking the GMAT for a score that’s closer to the top schools’ average, continuing to seek out leadership opportunities at work, and researching each school thoroughly (including events when those start again, and talking to students/alumni) so when the time comes, you can make a strong case in your applications for why each school is a strong fit for you based on its culture and resources. Best of luck!
