There is a lot to like about your profile – strong stats and work experiene with a clear commitment to social impact. I can see that INSEAD would be very impressed. Their application essays are long and involved. To be successful, you will need to craft a story that connects your past experiences to the vision you have for your future. It isn’t clear to me where your interest in education comes from. A more compelling story might be for you to do MORE as it relates to housing and health – perhaps an initiative at the intersection of those two through public/private partnerships.

Give your interest in social impact, I would also suggest that you take a look at Yale SOM and Oxford.
