Describe your biggest accomplishment in your career so far: Consistently pushing myself to gain as much exposure to the healthcare industry as possible to allow for rapid career progression across the last seven years. Before entering business school, I was responsible for conducting M&A and partnership diligence as well as developing The Advisory Board’s strategic long-term growth plan. I had the pleasure of overseeing a team tasked with identifying new market opportunities with revenue potentials exceeding $100M.

Looking back on your experience, what advice would you give to future business school applicants? Pay close attention to fit! Ask yourself: Do my values and aspirations align with the business school’s mission? Take every opportunity to get to know and connect with the student body as well as the alumni. Understand what makes the program tick and honestly evaluate if it’s the right fit for you.

What led you to choose this program for your full-time MBA? I selected UNC Kenan-Flagler for the collaborative environment and the program’s focus on leadership development.

Tell us about your dream job or dream employer at this point in your life? I look forward to entering a challenging and engaging career in finance. I seek an environment that will not only be intellectually stimulating, but will also allow me to impact high-level strategy while remaining engaged with multiple business silos.

What would you like your business school peers to say about you after you graduate from this program? Passionate about mentoring and supporting the advancement of young women in business.
