Holding Ph.D. in speech communication from the University of Illinois at Urbana-Champaign, O’Keefe is the author of Persuasion: Theory and Research (3rd edition) from Sage Publications. Description: Is leadership innate or learned? Perhaps it is a bit of both. In this course, students will learn tools for influencing, persuading and inspiring their peers.
