    To start, you have strong work experience. Admissions committees will be impressed by you leading the accelerator project after only 2 years. Examples like that which illustrate your leadership are important because you have slightly less experience than the average applicant.
    Your post-MBA goal of data analytics is realistic and it is a role I feel you will succeed in. Just be sure to cite how transferable your past experiences are.
