Hi, it’s Jennifer Jackson from Stratus Admissions. You have some excellent experience, your stats are strong, and your goals seem to make sense with what you’ve done. I’m only giving you a 15% chance at HBS because the average is roughly 10% and I think you’re a tad stronger than the average applicant. Your life wins are really impressive and I love that global experience of working with the LATAM teams in Spanish when you’re not a native speaker. Make sure when you write your essay that you really dig into the WHY behind that LT goal. What have you seen in your role that makes you want to gain the skills to be a leader in that space so you can make meaningful change? …

What have you seen in your role that makes you want to gain the skills to be a leader in that space so you can make meaningful change? What ideas to you have now to lower costs and cut waste? Why is consulting the best path to help you make the impact you want to make longer term? I think you have a good start in explaining it here but you’ll have more space in the essay to expand. You don’t mention other schools but you might consider Wharton, Duke and UCLA as well, which are all very strong in healthcare and not quite as competitive. Wishing you lots of luck!
