    I'll assess your chances at Harvard, though it isn't your target school. Great GPA and GMAT, from a high-ranking university. Overrepresented but international experience will make you stand out. Not a STEM major, but MIT doesn't care for that (since it is your target school). Post-MBA goal is realistic, ambitious maybe (depends on how you talk about it) and I see you are already an IB analyst at a BB in Hong Kong, so it shows you are working towards that goal regardless of your acceptance. Green flag. Since an expert has already said your extracurriculars are good, I'll go the extra mile to criticize them in case you still have time or would like to work on them a bit more.
