Instead, you’re seeking a connection, to discover your place and find solace…hope…happiness.  In this course, Dr. Raghunathan will take a scientifically-validated approach to identify what provides a fulfilling life. Drawing from the latest findings in psychology, neuroscience, and behavioral decision theory, he will outline the “7 Deadly Happiness Sins” (including chasing superiority, avoiding connection, mistrust, and controlling others) along with sharing the “7 Habits of the Highly Happy.” As part of the course, Dr. Raghunathan will also include lectures from special guests like Marshall Goldsmith and Srikumar Rao.
