Description: Data is destiny these days, as companies compile, analyze, and connect data from a variety of sources. But using data to guide strategy is as much art as science. In this course, students will master the tools and techniques for squeezing business intelligence from data warehouses. In particular, the course will examine “business reporting and online analytical processing, for creating visualizations and dashboards, and for business performance management and descriptive analytics,” all using MicroStrategy’s Online Analytical Processing (OLAP) and Visualization capabilities.
