Description: The public sector is no longer the only entity that finances and manages infrastructure projects such as roads, bridges, and ports. With public budgets stretched, private investors are increasing becoming involved in project finance. In this course, students will learn how to “analyze a complex transaction, to identify key elements of the deal and to suggest proper solutions for deal structuring from the perspective of a financial advisor.” Relying heavily on case studies, this course will cover areas like risk analysis, budgeting, financial sustainability, and equity. In addition, Gatti will cover basic project finance terminology and principles, along with emerging market trends.

Review: “I have some experience in the area of Project Finance and so personally find the course difficulty level to be fairly easy. The course content was very well structured and I have no complaints. The lecturer’s style of delivery is measured and lucid. The course touched upon key aspects like budgeting, modelling project cash flows. IRR/NPV etc. Oveall, a good course.” For additional reviews,
