Credentials: Dr. David Bradford is the Eugene O’Kelly II Senior Lecturer Emeritus in Leadership at Stanford University. He founded The Organizational Behavior Teaching Society and has conducted executive training programs for organizations ranging from IBM to the Whitney Museum of American Art. Dr. Cohen is the Edward A. Madden Distinguished Professorship in Global Leadership at Babson College, where he also served as both dean of the graduate program and dean of faculty. He is also the author of numerous books covering organizational structure, training, and change management, including the ground-breaking Alternative Work Arrangements.

Description: This course equips students with practical strategies to help them develop and measure their leadership abilities. Students will learn how to both direct and influence others so they can achieve organizational goals. An interactive course that includes team discussions and individual feedback, students will also view example videos and participate in short lectures.
