• 4 one-hour mock interviews on Zoom, each recorded and returned within 24 hours, complete with time-stamped notes.

Harold was truly invested in my applications. During the brainstorming stage, he pushed me really hard to flesh out an authentic story, which was fundamental to the MBA application. Since I had very specific post-MBA goals, he provided tailored advice on my school selection strategy and shared many insights into schools that I had very limited knowledge of. That well-crafted strategy was proven a huge success, as I was able to leverage a scholarship offer from a lower-tier school (which I hadn’t even been considering initially) to secure a meaningful scholarship from my top-choice school.

In addition, although the standard turnaround time is approx. 2 business days, Harold had almost always got back to me within 1. This was especially helpful as I was juggling between a demanding job, GMAT prep, MBA applications and other life commitments.

Working with Julie was one of the most valuable parts of my MBA application journey. From the start, she pushed me to dig deeper into my stories—not just what I did, but why I did it and what it meant to me. As I prepared to apply to a top-tiered business school program, I knew the importance of having the right consultant. I spoke with 8 different ones who all felt very transactional and like they would put my best interests in mind, so long as I could make up my mind and make the hefty investment in the arbitrarily short amount of time and availability they claimed they had remaining. Then came Jessica.

As she got to know me, she recommended that I consider Stanford GSB, a school that she thought would fit my values and provide the growth experiences that I sought. When you tell someone they’re a “good fit” at the most competitive and elite business school in the world, you don’t know what to make of it. While she did acknowledge that there is obviously no guarantee GSB would work out, she helped me dig deep and find the confidence that if anyone could get in, it was me, and let me make the decision for myself. As I continued crafting my application and ultimately got the interview/visited the school, I fell in love with it and couldn’t stop thanking her. As we approached decision day, she offered unwavering emotional support as it was a very stressful time for me. When I got the call that I was accepted, she was the first person I called with the good news.

Without Jessica, I never would’ve had the personal belief, motivation, or strength of application to apply to Stanford GSB, let alone interview and get accepted. Now I’m heading there for what will be a life-changing 2 years. I will never be able to repay Jessica, but the least I can do is help the next person looking to maximize their MBA application process: stop wasting time on 30 minute consultations with companies that don’t care about you and work with Jessica. Christine was incredible throughout my entire MBA admissions process. From our first meeting, she provided great guidance on which schools I may want to consider given my interest in healthcare and what I should be looking at as I thought through my options (without being pushy). As we got into essays and completing the applications, Christine always quickly turned around edits, comments, and answers to my questions (within 1-2 days) and had clear feedback and answers that I could implement to improve my application, making it much easier to make it through what can be a very stressful process. As an international student applying to US MBA programs, the whole process a bit of a black box. No one teaches you about it and you aren’t exposed often to alumni that can explain the intricacies of applying.

I met Harold in August. I was accepted into HBS in March. This is a LONG period of time and it is a lonely journey. I 100% would not have achieved this objective without him.

Devi was instrumental in me getting into HBS (along with MIT). The process is very involved and she knows your background inside and out. She does a great job of helping you surface examples to use in your application that you may overlook. The key part here is you as a client need to put in a lot of work to document all your experiences, so that she is able to help you form your story. What I liked about the experience is you know when you are ‘done’. Instead of rehashing the same parts of the application, she helps you move on to other schools and gives you the confidence to submit what you have.

I had friends who took much longer and were more stressed while honing their application, while I was able to have a full-time job, study for the GRE, and still apply for the MBA within 4 months. This is because of how efficient Devi is.

She does have a very direct manner and offers a lot of constructive criticism. You need to be receptive to that and not take it personally if she is blunt with the state of your application. This is what helped elevate my package because I knew she had my best interest at heart. Anecdotally, I attended a Wharton Mock hosted by other consultants at the same firm, and felt that though they were very nice in praising my performance, they weren’t as direct about what I could do better which is what I needed. That experience definitely helped me realize how Devi’s approach yields successful results.

Regarding interviews, she is very helpful with helping you structure your answers and simulating questions you could be asked. She will tell you how to better answer a question so that it is direct and to the point while also ensuring your are not rambling, speaking too quickly, or going off on a tangent. However, she does get quite busy during the month of interviews. I wasn’t able to use all my interview hours because she was fully booked. If I had planned in advance and gotten more tips before the first mock, I would have been able to use that time more effectively. That being said, the couple sessions I had were pivotal in me performing well in my interview.

I feel that so many qualified people don’t get in because they don’t know how to market themselves. Devi is able to bring the best traits within you to highlight. Overall, recommend using Devi if you are looking at top MBA programs!

Michael was excellent to work with! He was extremely helpful throughout the process, working with me to better understand my Post MBA goals and how to articulate them meaningfully to admissions. It can be very challenging to reflect on short and long term goals, but Michael was there to eagerly coach me along the way.
